The changing of the seasons is an important time to support the immune system and an opportunity to let go of toxins.  Join together with others in support to "clean house" through this three day cleanse.  At the Detox Dinner you will learn a daily Ayurvedic self-care regiment, dinacharya, to balance your mind, body and senses. You will sample the cleanse foods, teas and digestive elixers. At the yoga workshop you will practice cleansing poses, detoxifying breathing, self-massage and cleansing actions/kriyas. Phone support is available through out the cleanse. All recipes and a shopping list are provided.
