I have scoliosis, a sensitive nervous system and have been involved in numerous accidents, some that disabled me for years. I’ve tried all sorts of things and been to all kinds of physical therapists, traditional and non-traditional, and the most consistently useful and helpful thing I’ve done has been to work privately with Ami. Ami is a gifted healer and her approach is to help others learn how to take actions to improve their own health. In one Yoga Therapy session for my very painful hip bursitis, Ami taught me a series of yoga poses and stretches that to this day, several year later, continues to greatly minimize the pain and allow for greater range of motion.
